Today I started STS week 3, disc 7, ch/sh/bi, and walked 2 mile on TM while reading. I lost a pound too!!! woo hoo!, maybe it is STS helping to get off that plateau, because I seriously haven't changed my diet (and still been a bit bad). I have to leave here early tomorrow to get to my BFF's house and drive up to RMNP (rocky mountain national park) for some hiking. No 14er this time (getting too late in the year), but really the mileage and elevation gain for what we have planned is about the same. For 2 different hikes (1 going to a waterfall ( Ouzel Falls) and one to a lake ( Gem Lake), the elevation gain is almost 2000 ft, and 8 miles. Then we want to squeeze in yet another hike before the end of the month before snow sets in the mountains and her parents come back to live with her. So, it might throw off STS just a bit with a bit longer between the workouts depending on recovery from the hikes.
We think we have the smell in the basement taken care of (I don't pass out when working out now) and DH says we just need to replace the pee pads more often. She does go in her litter box, just not all the time, I think she gets confused like kitty alzheimers, along with all her other old age stuff. Will see how this plan goes for now, she really likes being around a person (not on them but by them) so still very interactive but I need to start preparing myself for the day.....
Mary, that's so great about your MIL enjoy your family time today. The money diet--unfortunately we know with this house being 19 yrs there are things that are going to need redone, I think I need to set up an acct and save for it since nothing is needed now (nor do we have the time now to determine what we want and do any of the prep work we need to do).
Jody, of those 2 w/o's, I'd pick Low Max for a replacement to KPC. Have you given up on KPC? We've luckily never had water in the basement (we are a desert state), we've been here 19 yrs and only one spring had so much rain we actually had to go buy an umbrella and sump pump for the basement (even though there was not water in the basement we pumped it to make sure the water didn't come in higher than the sump pump hole).
Roxie, was that the timesaver version of GS Legs? Hopefully you can get that roof on this week!
Ronne, how much did you buy?
