Hey, starting us off (actually I'm delaying my workout
). Gonna do STS disc 7 Chest/Shoulder/Bicep, was supposed to do plyo legs, but my lower back and left hip are hurting (this has happened to me since I was young, so I can't blame age --- it'll work itself out in time but meantime I decided an UB workout was best).
How was everyone's weekend? And for the US people how was your 4th? It was quiet here...I got lots of good naps in and I'm feeling much better in that department after my sleepless weeks.
