Hi everyone!

Well, today I did KPC, I'm finally feeling like myself again! Yesterday did GS BSB, I woke up yesterday thinking, not too bad of DOMS from GS Legs on Sat, but then as the day went on, OMG!

Mary, We celebrated Christmas Sunday too! How are you feeling? Is your DH a fireman? I downloaded that app, will check it out, it's only for the iPad so will have to wrestle it from DH :)

Murphy, busy working? You poor thing having to work, I'm really enjoying my lazy days, I think it's just what the Dr ordered!

So, I have to do a little bragging as a Mom. My DS18 got straight A's his first semester of college! And it isn't an easy college or easy class load as he got 24 credits from HS for the basic engineering classes. DS21 should graduate in May, he gets mostly B's and C's. Typically at this college you get a grade lower than you did in HS.

Oh, Mary, do you read? Are you using your iPad to read? If so, I can lend you some books! I've been a reading maniac.

Good morning! I don't know if I am going to work out today, Lisa's cold is a doozy! Christmas was really nice, the kids got everthing they wanted! Lisa, you will have to let me know if you try anything on that app, I did Athletica and I was sore for 2 days! I haven't tried to read any books on the iPad yet, I do love to read tho! I like to hold the book and turn the pages. Goofy, I know. Murphy, did your kids have a ball? I know Ronne is gone this week. Hope everyone has a good day, I need to go blow my nose...again! Mary
 
I did DM today. I totally face planted durning the cardio #4 where you jump up onto the step. I guess I didn't jump high enough and my toes caught the edge and forward I fell extending my hands, thankfully I didn't crash into the TV. Guess my stamina is still lagging.

Mary, sorry to hear you are down with the cold. Take my advice, REST! Otherwise it may turn into a month long ordeal like I had. Guess the virus is moving east, watch out Murphy and Ronne :)

Mary, I'm also emailing you about books. I used to think I'd like the book in my hands but I'm loving reading on my Nook. I like it's e-ink especially since I stare at a computer screen all day.
 
Here I go talking to myself again :) I wanted to skip today's workout because my throat was sore yesterday, but I felt ok so I did MMA boxing.

Mary, how are you feeling? Did your DS help you put the books on your iPad?
 
Hi! Today I did the up only of PUB, still congested!:(. MMA Boxing sounds good for tomorrow. I haven't been able to get on the computer, the kids are playing Virtual Family ALL day! I am going to have to get a little pushy! Did some returns at the mall today and wash. Not much else, have a good night! Talk to you tomorrow. Mary
 
Did Bootcamp today, I ended the workout starving!

Mary, hope you are getting better, take it easy! When do the kids go back to school? My DS19 probably will head back to his dorm around the 10th or so. Did you see on FB that I have the goodreads.com application? I'll be posting the books I read as I go, you'll have to tell me which ones look interesting to you, ya know?
 
Hello! I am going to try PLB, up only. Made some beef stroganoff in the crock pot, hope it turns out good! They are still on the computer! Thank goodness for this iPad! Trying to clean up the Christmas mess, the kids go back to school on Mon. Not a minute too soon either! I am going to figure out the book thing today! Have a good day! Mart
 
Really? You mean the books? How did you do it without the computer? See you know something I don't, but remember, I said that I really disliked that iTunes interface.
 
We just tapped on the book, the iBook app showed up and it went right to the library! How easy was that? We were ready to make it this huge production and it was nothing! Thank you, I will start reading today!
 
OK, so, on the iPad, you went to your email on the web and tapped the book attachment there? My BFF, who was a programmer with me all these years but now is taking care of her parents (Mom had stroke), can't even figure it out! And then she bought a book on Amazon for the KINDLE which I don't think will play on her iPad, OMG. You were so much easier to help!
 
Mary, I did it too! Thanks for the easy way! I hadn't even tried that since I normally don't get my email on the web.
 
I just finished LM, step/intervals 1,3,5,7. Just started vacuuming and still need to mop, I'm sweating again after just taking my shower, ugh!
 
Just did the last work out of the year! Did Athletica again, it was harder this time around! Now I need to get cleaning and get to Walmart. DH is at work, just me and the kids, maybe my friend will come over, no big plans. Date night tomorrow tho! Lisa, we are so computer stupid, I couldn't believe that was all there was to it!
