40s - <insert fav word here> week

Lisa-glad to hear everything went ok and that would be very depressing to watch read a book or take a nap.

Murphy-I try not to let the scale bother me because I know my clothes fit better and I look smaller.
 
Hi girls! Today did premix from AT. Lisa, hope you are taking it easy and DH is pampering you! Murphy, it's almost time!! Roxie, you guys going out on the boat this weekend? Ronne, hope you all had fun at dinner. Jody, you out there? Hi Becky! We have a grad party and a First Communion party today. I get to compare 2 kinds of cake! DH is doing a duelathlon in the morning, he's getting nervous! Talk to you later! Mary
 
Took 2 hr nap. 24 hrs after surgery. Hardly any blood on bandages removed. They called them pressure bandages....had dental rolls in them. I'm very impressed with everything do far hopefully it won't be noticed after it's all healed.

Good Evening,

I went to the gym and did intervals on the TM then a round of wt machines then DH and I took the boat to the lake today and the water temp was 86 degrees perfect for cooling down there were 103 bugs today and suppose to be 106 bugs tomarrow. I really don't like bugs.

Lisa-hope you are feeling better that eye looks nasty.

Mary-good job with your workout and yes we took the boat out today and plan on doing it tomarrow.
