40s hopping along week 4/25/2011

Good morning! Today did the TM, just short of 5 miles (again!) must be some sort of mental block! Anyway, don't tell Ronne, but I did watch the wedding this morning. It was beautiful. Lisa, hope DH feels better. Make him drink a lot, so he will pee a lot! Hope work goes well! Raining here...again. I need to go do some errands, hope everyone has a good weekend. Mary

I met with the trainer this morning. It went okay, we did some shoulder work, bi's and tri's work, standing ab work and some lunges. I need to get some running in but it looks like rain ...again.

Mary - I won't tell Ronne that you watched the wedding if you don't tell her that I saw some of it too!

Lisa - good luck w/ everything. Your plate seems to be full!
