40's falling for you

Hi all, today did Trisets LB, those roll outs get me every time! Lisa, have fun! Roxie, how's the baby? Funny about DH! They do like their food! Ronne, what color did you do your toes and fingers? I love nail polish! Penguin, sorry about the job circumstances. Hope all works out how you want it. Jody, I would prefer if they weren't all involved in the stuff! I like them home with me! They are so happy, I can't deny them if they are doing well with their studies. Murphy, you out there? Well, long day at work, have to get dinner going, Mary

I did the laundry, baked cookies for tomorrow, and made dinner but no workout, until Hubby wanted to go for an evening walk. He's full of surprises this week! We went 1.25miles around the neighborhood. April was thrilled!

I got the whole wheat bread started today. I'm not sure the idea of starting it on my early day will work. I have to mix it before I'm really awake. who knows what I put in there?:p Off to get ready for Bible study.

Hi all

Roxie - thanks for the explanation :)

Mary - I always skip the roll outs. Last time I did those hamstring push up things where you put one leg in the air instead. Toes are a lovely deep burgundy red and fingers a pale, translucent pink. Glad I did that way round as I smudged two of my fingers getting in the car - damn!

Penguin - what kind of cookies did you bake? And can I have one with my coffee? :p

Did AT leg express premix today. Got to keep to 30 mins or so this week as work is busy. Going to attempt to hang new curtains in DD's bedroom tonight. Wish me luck - I usually mess them up!

Good Morning,

It felt good last night to go straight home after work and not to the gym. Tonite however I do need to go to the gym because DH didn't work today and I didn't want to get up. I will do intervals on the TM and since I am so sore from yesterdays upper body workout I need a stretch.

Ronne-your welcome.

Mary-gs still has the sniffles.

Penquin-fresh bread and cookies I want some.

Ronne, the cookies are called Ghosties and are meringue with cornflakes and choc chips.

Roxie, sadly, the cookies are all gone! I gave some to my parents and took the rest to Bible study. I always do better when I make cookies for 'an event' so I know can't eat them all and they aren't hanging around tempting me.

Just a quick drop in. Hi to Penguin and (a ver late) welcome aboard. Well, I miss goofing off on teh forums so I will be back to Cathe starting tomorrow. Now I need to figure out what to do. The break was nice but I am itching to get my butt kicked again - yes, I am crazy. :) Any suggestions? I am going to look at some old rotations. Maybe the Feb 2011 rock bottom's one - I need work on (pepple-looking) bottom. :) Waves to all.

Murphy

Good Afternoon,

Well they have determined that my grandson doesn't like dairy so my dd has to stop eating or drinking it and he needs mylicon drops so in other words he has colic which if you mention that to dd she gets mad. She had that when she was a baby and her first 3 months of exsitance about drove me to drinking.

Murphy-I always use Fitness Freaks Dec 08 rotation when I need to kick my butt which is what I plan on using next month.

Hi girls! Have to get my work out in, I will! Ronne, I hate when I smudge right after a manicure! Sounds like good color combo! Roxie, one of the twins had colic, I wanted to hang myself! Murphy, Roxie is right about that rotation, I did it.....once! Lisa, hop you are having a ball! Penguin, I used to love to bake, when I had more time. Jody, long day for you, hope it goes quick! Well, better get moving, DD has band practice, Mary

I did 40min of Kettlebells ~ AOS Empire State, I used my 20, 25 but not the 35!

Then Hubby wanted to go for a 30min walk. Having April <--- pull me along helped! phew.

Scuba, Mom and I agreed we would each bake every other week for Bible study, so there would always be something and we wouldn't both bring something the same week. I don't always hold up my end however.

Roxie, glad they figured out the cause and its treatable.

Murphy, I like to pick random weeks from FF's 12 week generic rotation.

Good Evening,

I went to the gym and did intervals ran a little longer then I normally do.

Penquin-its treatable but she still isn't letting us come see him, she kind of took the joy out of being a grandparent.

Hi ladies, I think i figured out the free wifi here, at least I hope it's free, it's expensive here! Food is twice as much As would pay at home. Walked and walked and walked yesterday, I feel like I went on a 10mile hike! And I probably did walk that much too! Falls are beautiful and the view from room awesome. Yesterday walked over bridge to usa and saw falls up close at cave of winds. Got wet! Then walked back over to Canada side and got lost in all the shopping. Today will be maid of mist and journey behind the falls then eating at top of tower.

Ronne, my sis does the gel polish now she says it's dry before she leaves salon.

Roxie, why does dd get mad when you say colic? Good you are there to help out.

Hi to all thumbs getting tired. Here's one piece from the room. Was resting yesterday afternoon and this showed up.

Lisa, haha! Once I went for my annual exam, some guy way hanging out washing the windows, dr tried to tell me he couldn't see in! I didn't fall for that!

Mary your story is more funny than mine. Forgot to mention how AMAZING the rainbows are. I have some fabulous pics on the camera, can't wait to share those!

Hi all

Lisa - I thought it was a jokey pic of a burglar!! Sounds like you're having a great time.

Mary - so what workout did you go for?

Roxie - wow, from yours and Mary's reactions, it sounds like colic is a nightmare. Luckily, I avoided that! Your DD is probably feeling very sensitive at the moment. I know when I had DD I felt like everybody knew everything and I was an idiot!

Murphy - I can't remember when it was from but FF's One Body a Day rotation really worked for me.

Penguin - that's a good way to get rid of your baking!!

Did another quick one today - 4DS LB premix. Going into school tonight to meet DD's tutor for the first time. I was feeling good about going in until DD came home last night and said she'd got a detention for forgetting to bring a reading book to English! I do think that's a bit harsh especially for her first couple of weeks at big school.

So its 50* outside and I'm scrambling though the house trying to turn off the ceiling fans as I turn on lights. Brrr! I usually wake up hot but today woke a bit chilly. Bible study this morning, then lunch with my parents, and Knit Night tonight. I hope to squeeze in some Classical Stretch later.

Lisa, that would surprise me too. Clean windows means you can enjoy the view more.

Hi girls! Today did HIIT DWP, yesterday was PS B&B. Roxie, I remember being overwhelmed at first and just trying to figure it out on my own, not that it was right! Maybe her hormones took a dive also? Ronne, I know, at least here in the States, they start making them be more responsible and accountable once they hit middle school. They told us they are trying to get them ready for college. Does seem harsh tho! Lisa, looks like you are having fun and getting your workouts in! Jody, did you survive your wednesday? Penguin, are you a big knitter? I can only do wash clothes! Hi Murphy! Well, have to go get the kids, have a good evening, Mary
