Lisa, congrats on good night sleep followed by a great workout!
Everyone having a nice day with family? I've caught up with family this weekend which is good for me but not usually so good for my fitness. No jog on Sat and Drill Max ain't looking too good. I'm glad for a new week and a new chance to keep up with workouts and eat a lot of veggies!

Good Evening,
Today was a good day but no workouts were done so I am still behind I need to do YM and SM. Eating was awful.

Hi all! Hope everyone had a beautiful Easter. Have been busy, but did get some work outs in. Friday did SS, sat was the original Squeeze. Took off yesterday. Not sure what I will do today. Picked up an extra shift on Sat. Then had to color eggs, we went to Easter vigil mass, didn't quite make it through the whole thing, little one fell apart after about 2 1/2 hours. I was actually kind of relieved! Yesterday we did brunch with DHs family, then dinner with mine. Back to normal today! Lisa, so glad to hear about the sleeping. What a relief! When will the bathroom be done? Jody, don't the holidays mess up our schedule? Murphy, did your kids find their baskets? Mine had a little trouble! Ronne, how was your weekend? Roxie, I ate lots too! Good Morning,
Tonite for me is AT. I woke up at midnight with a migraine so I didn't get up and DH kept letting his alarm go off and wouldn't get up. Spent Easter at MILs and I chased the 3 year old twins around the house.

Hi everyone, no w/o today. I had a feeling the workers would be here early, and they were. I plan to do paint-max tonight 
Spent Saturday doing the cutting in paintwork -- DH did the new lights and changing out the outlets from ivory to white (I had to help with the outlets, bless his heart he had the wiring all wrong on the GFCI---I had to google it to figure it out). Yesterday DH sanded a bit where the wallpaper border was so we can paint it without a line showing. More dust, grrrrrrr. I'm tired of everything so disorganized and dusty!
Sounds like everyone had a fun Easter! I think I may be the only one that didn't pig out?
Roxie hope the migraine is better --- I had slight headaches both days of the weekend. Wondering if it's allergies causing them since we also went driving around in the new car with the sunroof wide open! Good try trying to pass off chasing the 3 yr old twins as a w/o! LOL
Mary, how much did you sneak out of your kid's easter basket? lol Most of the bathroom will be done Wed. The glass guy measured Friday and said that glass pattern I selected was beautiful and that he is installing it in a lot of million dollar houses....guess that means at least my bathroom is like a million dollar house

Jody, it's a new week! Mine is getting off to a hectic start, I so want to get back to a routine!

Time to vent....so, I had my blood test a few weeks ago. They now have a system that will automatically bill your card after insurance. great, less work for me, right? NOT. So I get an email saying my card will be charged and I will get a receipt. I get the receipt via email saying my card has been charged, NO INVOICE with details so that I can submit it to my health savings account. I just called them. They now have to snail mail me an invoice but my payment hasn't posted yet so will have to be after the payment posts. The 2 systems are not managed by the same company. This is causing me MORE work....AND I must remember to followup in a week if I don't get a receipt. Nice system for them, they get their money, crappy for me because I don't get an invoice and is causing me more work to followup to get it. Next time they offer this service I will have to tell them NO, but knowing my luck, they will have to have a charge card no matter what. I really hate how health care is run sometimes. Vent done...I think

Lisa, insurance of all types are so filled with BS in my opinion, but especially medical. I can't even get started on it, but what a jungle. I'm always trying to determine what is covered (and why and how) on the health care insurance, I can't get a straight answer about why I have to carry the amount that I do on my home, there is a huge variance in price for same amt of life insurance and I don't even want to know what is going to happen to auto once the girls get regular licenses. Each one of these has crossed my desk this month. ::end of rant::

I got a late start so I rearranged my workouts and did High Step Circuit tonite and I will do AT Thursday.
Lisa-I thought it was worth a try they did wear me out though. Its TOM and I feel awful can't wait for menopause.

Hello ladies. No w/o here....tile guys here at 7:30, I didn't even get a shower and I don't want to shower or anything with workers here! I did paint last night so I'm calling it a w/o! got 1 coat on the ceiling (it needs another coat), up and down the ladder to the 11ft ceiling...I think I'm getting too old for this! Felt like a w/o and sweated for the 1.5 hrs I painted!
Susie Sunshine, aka Jody, the paint I bought has primer in it, was hoping for a quicker paint job by doing it that way. Still is going to need 2 coats, I'm questioning not hiring a painter now! Ins: yep it all seems a rip off, but if you needed it, you'd want it. Car ins with teenagers...yowzers! DS22 is looking forward to getting a lower rate after he marries! Medical ins: it amazes me the discount you get just for having insurance. Crazy. It just irked me that this system my blood test center is on benefits them getting their money and creates hassle for me getting an invoice. Just doesn't seem right!

Maybe you will sail through like Mary seems to have (she is so peppy). I'm just happy I made the decision for hrt, I haven't slept like this in years. Hi girls! Today did KP&C, fun, hadn't done it in forever. Lisa, those boys get there early! So glad about the sleep! You are in tune with yourself, I told you I stick my head in the ground and ignore things! Sometimes I don't know what is menopause and what is just me! Roxie, how is your head? Better I hope. Jody, help me stop eating! I pick at stuff all day long! If I picked at carrot sticks instead of jelly beans perhaps I would have the body I dream of! HIt to Murphy and Ronne. 3 more days of school. Here I am. Easter was good. The kids had fun (we were at my parents' house) but I am tired. We did an egg hunt and they had fun. I left their baskets at home - and I actually knew where they were! Anyway, except for abs, no workouts all weekend. I did get back to the rotation today with TBT UB. I am so glad it was short. I don't know if I could have handled more! Hi to everyone.

Tonite I went for a walk in the park and then came home and did C&W Step only and Total Body Stretching Basic Stretch. The walk wasn't very good because of Aunt Flo. My head is better thank you.
Mary-I am like you if I could just control my eating my body would be rockin.

Hey quick fly by to tell you I did AB tonight! Couldn't walk on the tile floor so couldn't paint so I decided to w/o. yea me! Sounds like everyone is getting back in the swing of things except Ronne who is still kidnapped by the bunny...hahaha

Today was CSS. It was not too bad until she did the mountain climbers. The second set got me and I needed a break before moving on. I was happy that I got through the prisoner squats "no problem." They were difficult at first and I could not get through it without stopping but, I can see the progression. Now to get through the mountain climbers... Hi to everyone!

no w/o this morning, I do plan to do paint-max later, up and down the ladder to the ceiling. I have bruises already on my shins from bracing myself up against the ladder as I reach overhead (I'm scared of falling and no one here to help me if I do).
Murphy, great job on the mtn climbers. I can't remember what the prisioner squats are. I did pretty good on the mtn climbers in AB last night, but the spiderman ones I didn't do them all. The runner lunges are hard for me too, my thighs burn too much and my knees feel questionable sometimes.
Jody, did you ever get out of the car?
Mary, another great sleep. I did my hair last night ( since those guys get here so early) and left the gel crunchy, then this morning I was able to just crunch out the gel and have curls. Normally after sleeping I have flat, frizzy hair and no amount of squeezing back in water does anything but produce stringing, flat hair. Now that mean I could change my w/o to nights (it felt good being really awake while working out), then shower, do my hair, and just fluff in the morning. I might not be as late to work....but I'll still be late....I slept until 6:30 again....another 9 hr sleep!
Roxie, hope you are feeling better! Us poor women have it all!
Should we put out an ad about a missing Ronne? Easter bunny suspect in kidnapping?

Hi girls! Did PS legs today, love that one. Lisa, you are an adventurous girl! I would be hiring a painter! I don't really like it and 11 foot ceilings would scare me! I slept last night too. I think because it has been colder. Roxie, they are really coming along on the house! Sounds like it will be done in no time! Murphy, I think you are the only one of the group going on the RT. so lucky you are! We will want all the details! Jody, when is your class done? About 2 weeks? I only have 2 days! What will your last speech be on? Have to get to cleaning the house and pick up the kids from track. 7 of them! I see the orthopedist tomorrow, hopefully he will be able to give me some answers.
