I just had to start the next week, I may be able to check in on you all Monday while en route. Saturday I did MM. Now for some R&R.

Ronne, how did you like 127 hrs?
 
Lisa, I hope you guys have a ball. I have to admit, I am a little jealous! Enjoy every minute together! Yesterday I did L&G, today I did the upper body only of MIS. It is COLD here! The dog doesn't even want to go out to pee! Have a good day! Mary

Hi! Hope I won't be talking to myself this week! Yesterday did MMA Boxing, today was LL. Just finished running a bunch of errands, so I feel like I accomplished something today! Back to work tomorrow! Murphy, how are you feeling? Ronne, have you tried any other new work outs? It is brutally cold here and some more snow is supposed to find it's way here! Yeah! Hi Mary

I'll keep you company! You've been busy with the workouts! Do you ever take a rest day?! I guess it's keeping you warm in the cold weather.

Yesterday, I did Peak 10 Cardio Strength for the second time. It's tougher than the cardio one. I think it's the toughest workout I own. Actually, makes me feel a bit sick! Today I did C&W which I haven't done in absolutely ages. I really like the music for the cardio in that, it makes me smile. I'm trying to revisit stuff I haven't done for a while.

Hi there Ronne! I think I will be taking a rest day on Friday, lots of running that day! DH and are terrible about taking a day off, I can't have him beat me! Some days I make light tho! Iwas looking at that Peak strength, you officially talked me out of it! I gave Hardcore Extreme away because I dreaded it, don't want to get another one that I avoid! Today will be GS C&T. Murphy, you out there? I bet Lisa is basking in the sun right now! Talk to you tomorrow! Mary

I haven't done the Gym Styles for ages. I'm planning to hit those next month. Glad to hear you're going to have a rest day! I realised that I hadn't heard you say you'd done nothing for ages! I would recommend the other Peak 10 (Cardio Burn?) which is just cardio. It's more like Hiit with peaks and troughs and is fun.
Oh and thanks for alerting me to KCM's new DVDs. I didn't know anything about them but I checked out her website and they did look good. I was certain I wasn't going to be buying any new DVDs for ages (particularly as the cupboard I keep them in is full and even my saintly DH raises an eyebrow at the amount I've got). But now I'm sorely tempted - you rotten enabler, you! ;)

Today I did Kickbox Surge which was just great fun - I love kicking and punching!

Hi Ronne! I sometimes avoid the GS, just because of all the darn push ups! I did GS BSB today. I will look at Michelle' cardio one, my DH is very understanding about all the dvd's I buy! He says as long as I enjoy them he doesn't care! I am very lucky! So, are you going to order the new Kelly one's? The body split one sounds interesting...I have some paperwork to get to and need to eat lunch! I am behind today! Have a good evening! Mary
 
Hi all. I have been battling the stomach bug that has been making the rounds. I could not believe it, the stomach bug and my cycle all in the same week. Are you kidding me? Anyway, I am feeling better (and thinner). I hope to be back to working out soon. Talk to you later.

Murphy - you've had a lousy start to the year with illness, haven't you? Glad to hear you're feeling better.

Mary - that is a very understanding DH! I'm going to wait a bit on the new ones. The presale will probably last a while yet. I'm going to really think about whether I need them!

Today I did a short LIFT mix and Ab Circuits Stab Ball abs. Still can't manage those one leg pikes but I'm getting better! See you all tomorrow.
 
Oh, Murphy! Talk about a double play! Hope that you are feeling better, tho is a way it is nice to get the monthly thing out of the way with your stomach thing. Ronne, I am trying to avoid buying right now, we will see how long that lasts! I did CTX, the kick box. I am taking a rest day tomorrow, I looked at the calendar today, haven't taken a day off since the 2nd of this month! Maybe I will rest the whole weekend?! Talk to you later! Mary

Mary - go on spoil yourself, take the weekend off! You might like it!

Yoga for me today, I'm doing it every Friday at the moment and really enjoying it. I'm seeing improvements as well which motivates me. I'm off to visit a friend this weekend, hope you all have a good one!
