4 Day Split

I really want to buy the 4 day split but could you tell me if there is alot of step cardio? I've never been a big fan of step cardio plus I don't have alot of room for that because of the ceiling fan in my workout room! I absolutely love your weight workouts, bootcamp, and low impact circuit cardio. I've watched some clips but not sure exactly how much of it is step aerobics/cardio. Please let me know AND I seriously cannot wait for the SHOCK workouts so hurry up!!!! :)
 
There are two workouts with step - Low Intensity Step with Shoulders, Calves & Core and High Intensity Step with Chest & Back. The other two cardio workouts are kickbox and bootcamp. 4DS is still worth getting. The strength work is great - a mix of heavy lifting and pyramid endurance work. There are also two great core workouts.

Thanks, I'm sure it's worth getting, I would just hate to find that all the cardio sessions are based on stepping!
