4-Day Split to prepare for STS???

Cathe,

Will 4-day split prep me for STS? I do many of your other cardio and weight lifting workouts, but when STS is closer to being released how should I prepare?

Also, I apologize if this has been asked in the past. Was 4-day split designed to do 4 days in a row and then do cross training the other days and rest a day? Or should I take a rest in between each workout and do something else on those days?

Hi Lisa,

Not Cathe, but I wouldd recommend routines like Muscle Max and Muscle Endurance in addition to 4DS to help get prepared for STS. Lots of weights, but those plyo segments look killer.

I vary use of 4DS - sometimes doing 4 days in a row, and sometimes just doing a cardio segment or something if I am pinched for time.

I'll be at the July RT too and will see you there! I am so excited and can't believe it's right around the corner! :7
