3rd Combo of HIS-4Ds, I mastered it. Yahoo!

Just wanted to share this info., I did the break down in the beginning with no problem either. Before, the finished product came quite easy and had issues with the teaching part of the combo.
Not anymore.
It's the best combo of the whole workout.

DoubleCardio (HIS and LIS) is my fave premix.

GOOD JOB Jennifer!!:) Of any Cathe step, this was the most challenging for me also, now I love it and think she cued it perfectly. We'll be doing this one for a long time, anymore breakdown would have seemed unneccessary now that we've nailed it. I hope some variation of this choreography shows up in her next full step workout! Feels like we'll be waiting a long time for that though:)

I'm hoping to do this double cardio today too, though I'm pretty lazy this a.m. since I stayed up late and now we have daylight savings time. Will have to find energy from somewhere cuz I really want to do it!:D
 
You go Jen! That's funny, I always do LIS/HIS together also (in that order), but techno idiot that I am I had no idea there was a premix for it. Duh. :p I've almost gotten combo 3 down, I still haven't gotten all the way through the intensity blast without a few stumbles.
 
I hope no one got hurt...but I am SO relieved to hear I'm not the only one who stumbled with HIS/LIS. I'm getting there; however, this one has definitely challenged my "listening ears"! I do love 4DS, the bootcamp is a huffer and puffer, too:) :)
 
Double Cardio is my fav premix also. I absolutely love HIS. I was doing everyday there for awhile. I just love it.
 
I've been working on learning HIS, and I finally got it down just today! Whew, it was a booger to learn, but soooo worth it. Gosh, it's fun.

Next I plan on doing LIS and HIS back to back after reading this thread.

(HAHAHAHA! I had to go back and delete half the exclamation marks that I had typed. Endorphins are still bouncing around, huh.)
 
Good for you! I hope to see more of this type of choreography in future step workouts that Cathe produces.
