36 weeks and need to workout again

Hi Everyone,
here is my question with the holiday rush and my feeling fatigued all the time.
I have not exercised in 2 months (aside from walking up and down the malls)so my question is I am now 36 weeks and would like to do something this last month .
So I am wondering what can I do?
Can I lift weights or just walk or both someone ,anyone Please HELP
CAN YOU TELL I AM DESPERATE

Hi Marisol,

I am no expert, just a Mom of 5 kids.... I know that feeling of desperation, of wanting your body back, of thinking and feeling that you never will...hang in there.

My advice would be to take easy going walks to get the blood flowing but not too high of a heart rate. Also, I would stay away from weight lifting because I would worry about muscle strain.

So,I guess I am very conservative on your behalf and would say try to do other things (besides exercise) just for yourself that bolster your self-esteem. This too will pass and you will be in charge of your body again!
