:-)

Cathe’s explanation of those easier moves on the video yesterday.

These were just bonus moves! I was making a point of how functional training is essential and by training in this manner we can still do the basic functions in life like get off the floor. These bonus moves are moves you can start doing if you’ve somehow lost your ability to get up off the floor. These should help strengthen the foundation muscles so that you can get yourself up off the floor. I’m sorry to have confused you!

Where did you get these explanation from? I have not seen any message from Social media.

Oh, I also saw on her FB page, that she mentions that the 4 cardio workouts will be approx. 35 min. each
Hopefully everyone is ok with the length of cardio workout.

At this point I am fine. No long steady pace cardio for me at this point.

I’ve already practiced that bike maneuver move with mini ball under 1 knee & other leg
straight. Wow, that’s a good one, keeping 1 leg straight & keeping other bent so ball
doesn’t drop….brain power required!

More chapter questions…..with the cardio bonus workouts being approx. 35ish
minutes, can these be chaptered as well? Would be good for the blender to be able
to “mix n match” cardio workouts sections.

In LMR2, I hope to see more unilateral moves, compound moves, ISO-hold moves, both
with just weights, & weight & tubing. & of course those Circling Hammers, & that new
crazier Crazy 8’s that was in a recent Live. If a wide array of equipment is gonna be
used, in Core, I love to see those Boxers with weight plate from CL weight plate abs,
the Block Stackers exercise from Core w/Yoga Blocks (spin-off of Ab stackers) &
I have done an Standing Circumference Circle holding a balance disc from another
dvd workout…would love to see it in one of Cathe’s workouts. To quote Cathe from
a recent Live, “just sayin’!” ;)

Another video

I love those moves and I am looking forward to executing them.

Especially the combination of glute bridge and pull over :D on the foam roller.
