Happy New Year's Eve!
This morning I did PowerMax, followed by the Ab Marathon (PUB, KPC, ME). A great workout. The ab marathon really nails the hip flexors as much as the core.
Mariangeles - I might try one of your kind of workouts tomorrow and do CTX Kickbox and BC cardio. That should be a tough little workout. I can't believe you can do additional upper body work after you do CTX Upper Body Split. The CTX work always gets me *really* good! Good luck!
Katie - excellent progress with those three pounds! Did you finish your workout y-day afternoon, before picking up your daughter?
Sandy - okay, you'd better tell your friend to hurry up and post that pic, because I'm not very patient.

Carole - Go go!!! I wish you all the best in your race tomorrow! Are you striving for a personal best? A particular time? "May the wind always be at your back"! Do you get a medal when you finish? In our annual Edmonton marathon there is always a group of guys who run carrying a ladder; they say it's to help them climb over the wall once they hit it.
Tonight my DD is having a friend sleep over, and her parents are going to stay for a bit and play cards with us. Tomorrow morning we are hosting brunch for a few friends. I have lots of "hostess" things to get done today, so I'd best get to it.
DH is brewing coffee, and the it is luring me downstairs. Must....go.....drink.....cooofffeeeeeee.......
