30 Day Cardio/Strength Rotation!!!

Finished Yesterday!!

Had to come back and report I got great leg-toning results from this one! My calves look amazing (especially in heels!) and overall I just feel leaner... No change on the scale - tho that was not what I was going for.

The fact that the Burn Sets were on the same disks with the cardio w/o's in the Pre-mixes made this uber convenient for me. Thanks, Cathe for so diligently thinking those Pre-mixes through!

I will definitely return to this rotation... maybe post-holiday season when I usually need to get back on track. :D
