Hi good morning. Today is IMAX 2 in my rotation. I will practise with Cristhi too. Tomorrow is going to finish the presale.I will be looking for the shipment during all the weekend. I can not wait to receive the dvd.

Hi all,

Today I am doing a modified Gauntlet. I came up with this because I'm just plain bored with everything I have and the weather here has been terrible. This will be my third Sunday doing this. I don't usually stick with something on a weekly basis, but I felt that it really challenged me and like everyone else I'm trying to improve my condition. ( I just re-read the description of the hardcore extreme workouts!) I substitute a 40lb barbell or 15-17lb dumbells where I can and I omit upper body work. So for the first cardio and weights compound exercise I just do plie squats with a 40lb barbell. During each BCUB I substitute 12-16 step ups starting with 1 15lb dumbell and I've had to go down to 1 10 lb dumbell for the last set :(. If I have any energy left, I'll finish up with Slow and Heavy shoulders.

hi all- hope everyone is feeling great! I managed to get through 50 min of Cardio and weights- she lost me when she started doing push-ups to pyramids to side planks. But for me- 50 min is pretty good. I plan to do PLB tonight.

Wendy- hope your pain is feeling better- I used to get that same pain when I was pregnant with ds- ouch!

Dutchie- how did the big date go? I bet you had loads of fun!

Jes- I hope your congestion is feeling better! We didn't play any games on Firday- I was kind of surprised but there were so many of us that we just had the best time! The woman running the show was a little annoying with a harsh voice but it was a great night!

I'm so excited to see that shipping is happening soon for HC. Do you think Cathe will give us a Feb. rotation using the series?

Good morning,

This morning I did my Yogazone Conditioning and Stress Release. Felt terrific, and was just the thing I needed today. When I was lying in corpse pose at the end, DD came over and cuddled up with me. This was such a sweet moment, until her stomach let out a huge growl. This got her moving again, and she rolled off me, and started, I don't know how to describe it, playing with me (???). I'm trying to lie in a nice peaceful state of relaxation, and she's tracing the letters on my shirt. The she moves around to my head and pulls my hoodie up over my head. Then she starts caressing my forehead, the way I do to her when she's going to sleep. I opened my eyes in time to see her about to do something to my nose. *sigh*. So that was the end of corpse pose.

I'm looking forward to Dutchie's Date Report.

Hello Ladies,

Today I did my own personal leg fryer: First I did the BC cardio&LB premix without the stretch, added PUB up standing only without the warm up or stretch and finished with S&H Legs (skipping the pre-exhaust lunges, thought I didn't need them) with an extra long stretch. I feel great.

Well, I got there a few minutes late and didn't see any bald guy, so I ordered myself a drink and started chatting with the guy sitting besides me. But within a few minutes he was there. He was very nice, good to have a laugh with, but no chemistry.... sorry girls, no saucy story to tell:) He did like me though, as far as I could tell, quite a bit. But not me, he was really really bald, and I'm so not into that. And he made these remarks that totally turned me off: "he would love to spend a day with my sons and me", "next time he was in a nice hotel, he'd call to join him", etc. Not my thing. Certainly not when we just met. And he told me all about his aches&pains. Not the thing you do at your first date, I think. So I've been thinking all day (it's dinner time here) how I can let him down gently. Phone's been ringing four times already with no message on my answering machine, which never happens, so I think it's him! He kept asking if I wanted to join him to the ballet, so I told him I had to check my diary as it is on a Friday and I usually have a birthday party or dinner with friends or something.

Well, I had fun, I had a laugh and a nice evening out, but that's all there is to it. Made me think about these dates Grace (frome Grace&Will) has in the series:+

Hi Everyone, just started posting on the daily check ins - keeps me accountable :) Yesterday I missed my workout. I went and watched my sisters dance competition and then off to the nieces and nephews birthday parties. Lauren is so cute! She just turned one and is adorable.

Anyways.........today I am going to do Gauntlet and PUB. Its going to be a long long workout, but I feel like I have lots of energy for some reason}(
 
P.S. I caved........I am ordering the Hardcore Extreme and the MIS/POwer hour/and Body Max! Just couldn't resist getting something!

Good afternoon, ladies:

I just finished up KPC. I am happy to report that I got through the ENTIRE thing for the first time, even though I was getting a little lost on combo #3, lol. I think the drill work is much harder than the combos, but the combos are more fun. And I also discovered I can't do the balance thing on the ball during the core work for the life of me, but I will practice this week. I think my ball is too small. Hehehe. Ok, that sounds awful. Good thing I'm not a guy... "I need some bigger balls." :p

Dutchie, sorry to hear about your date. I am a single mom, too, and I was doing the Internet dating thing for a while, but it gets exhausting to do all of the date prep work and then find out you have ZERO chemistry with someone. I also hate when men you just meet make creepy and inappropriate remarks... ick. I should post some horror stories on here sometime, because I have seen and heard it all, lol.

Reba, you are a bad influence. ;-) I am itching to order the hard core, but alas, I will be good! My youngest son’s birthday is in February, and he wants a huge Star Wars party, so that is where our entertainment budget is going this month. ;-)

Sandra, that is so cute with your DD. When my oldest (who is now 13!) was a baby, he used to sit on my stomach whenever I did any kind of ab work… of course, that was back in the day when I believed doing 30 minutes of Gilad with three-pound weights was going to make much difference. LOL

Well, hope you all have a great day. I am a domestic goddess! While I was working out, the laundry was going, dinner was cooking, and my kids were cleaning their rooms. I am going to pay the bills and then reward myself by drooling over "Troy" for a few hours. }( }(

Dutchie...wow! S&H legs!! I am sore from PLB yesterday. I'm glad you at least had fun on the date. But sometimes the chemistry just isn't there. You are a great person and I am sure he liked you ALOT!

Today I did an 18 mile run. 10 miles with friends and 8 by myself. Then came home and did P90X Stretch...boy, did I need that and feel much better now....:+ :7 :) ....enjoy the day....Carole
 
yes S&H was tough at the end. My legs were shaking when doing the plie squats. I do them with a bb, cause I don't have a db heavy enough for that exercise. And I just noticed writing PUB when I meant PLB. I always mix those up when posting. My legs are fine though. I think they are really getting strong now.

Just had to take a bath instead of a quick shower cause son no. 2 thought it was fun peeling of the silicone stuff around the shower drain (am I making any sense?). We can't use the shower now, cause the water will leak straight to my toilet downstairs. Guess I know what I'll be doing tomorrow:(

Good job on all the workouts ladies....Today for me was PUB with abs from All Step added on. I have decided that I need to do more weight work than I usually do, so there is no time like the present to start!

Hello Again...just got done with the Gauntlet and took the dog for a walk! WoW! What a mess she is now!! ITs been really sleety lately and the roads are full of mud! I didn't even think about it:( It took me 45 minutes to clean her up after the walk - not kidding -(German Sheppard AKA German Shedder!!) She is one happy dog now. I am off to the store and than back for PUB ( love that workout!!)

Marie: My mother in law just made a "DarthVader" cake for the nephews #3 birthday- - - -he loves the Star Wars and is only three years old! :) So cute! My husband is also a Star Wars geek....I just bought him the Trilogy on Dvd for Christmas! I get a kick out it for some reason.....

Anyway, just checking in - - - needed a quick break :)
 
I did Total Body Sculpt with Gilad this morning on Fit TV. A real butt burner that one was...not whinning at all...its a good thing, ya know? I didn't think Gilad still had it in him. :) Did Power Hour yesterday with Cathe. I really don't do too much on the weekends with everyone in the house...too distracting. Gonna kick it up again tomorrow now that my daughter is home from the hospital and doing soooo much better!!!:) Think I will do some cardio.

Today I'm feeling a little better, have more energy compared to yesterday. This is until I did MIS. Dear god, that is 75 minutes of work, work, work. I think the upper body sections are more difficult than the lower body, but I guess I have LL for that.}(

Gotta go work on dinner now--kids are starving!
 
Good Evening Ladies,

I didn't post all day...didn't even really come on to the forum until tonight...I can't exercise right now so it's kinda depressing to hang out here, ya know? x( My work out on friday was lame and I didn't do ANYTHING today or yesterday...I know it's for the best right now but it can be awful frustrating! Especially since I highly doubt my "injury" is exercise related!

Jean--you said you had similar pain when pregnant with your DD? Did you ever find out what caused it?
