Hi good morning . ¡Arrrgh¡ my hamstrings and legs are so sore. I started yesterday the august rotation 2004. I did legs and glutes and the cardio premix of KPC (37 minutes) to substitute the 20 minutes of run. Today I will do ME. I loove this workout. I hope you will have a great weekend. Ok I will post here too, I did PUB Biceps, MIC Hi/LO only then abs from Power Circuit. I am done for the day!!:D
