Hi ALL!
I've been trying to keep you updated(for those interested) - about my experiences with Laser hair removal.
I just got home from my second treatment! Went much better (pain wise) than the first. I didn't think it hurt as much. The technician had me ice the bikini area longer this time - which I thinked helped. I also took a few advils before too.
So far - my hair -underarms & Bikini- are thinner and not quite as coarse. But- definately still have a good amount of hair. I am excited to see more results after this one. The technician told me - each person is different and with each treatment you'll see more and more results. Also, you can't tell what growth stage the hair is in, hence more treatments.
Well - It did get easier, as she had said after the first time. As the hair follicules die, the laser gets easier as there is less hair for the laser to target. If I understood that correctly.
Well - That's that so far. I'll let you know how the "shedding" period goes...in a few weeks.
Alicia
