2day split with Heavy Weights, Kickbox & step combined, step & a xertube workout

I would like to see a 2-day split with Heavy Weights. It could use the stability ball or step but keep just dumbbells with it.

A kickboxing workout that uses the step with simple moves and does not take alot of space that also has core work.

A step workout for people that require a little more choreography than my 2 feet can handle.

A total body workout that shows someone using the xertube while the others use weights. It can also use the stabiltiy ball, barbell, bosu.

I also like the sound of a rebounder or spinning workout.

Also please bring the premixes back. Maybe 2 workouts per DVD with 2/3 premixes on the days I am short on time. With 2 small boys that tends to be more often.
