Since you are shooting for higher goals, just wanted to request the most intense "mother of all" kickboxing workout. I want to see some kickboxing intervals without any breaks, and then you quickly interchange to the heavy bag this is where the intensity climbs (one of your background exerciser can modify). You can start with the upper body (high reps to the fullest) followed by lower body type movements. I want to see Karate kicks (bag) 50-60 reps on each side; crescent kicks 50-60 reps, side kicks, and near the end, you can work the legs by doing squats/holding position say 2-5 min. I know for a fact, you are the only person that can pull it through and still have a smile in the end.
