Hello everyone!
So I'm looking at the "top 10" list moves for the trip(not to mention the suprise moves we may get) and am trying to decide which workout to do tomorrow morning for the most "well rounded" practice workout.
Or is this even possible?
I've got all of her DVD's for step and a few VHS for step.(Mega Step Blast, All step and Circuit Max)
This is the only workout that I'm most concerned about versus a weight workout, or Kickbox workout. They will ALL be demanding for me(aka sweat, sweat, sweat, does anyone have an O2 tank handy?lol), but I'd like to be a little better at my stepping in the next 2 weeks.
Advice, anyone??
