1) so far, what has your results been from STS? Please specify on you body type and how heavier weights have effected you. Are you incorporating cardio on your off days?

2) this is for all the ladies that have breast implants, are you working your chest as hard as cathe in these workouts or are you more careful and do lighter weights for chest or skip it all together. I just don't like how my implants shift when i do heavy chest work so i really only do some pushups for chest and thats it. What are your experiences on this with STS or what do you do?

No implants but I'm having fantastic success. As you probably know, I split up the workouts in M1 to do them all as Full Body workouts and, even though it's not designed to be done that way, I can't get over the muscle development everywhere. It's worth noting that I radically cleaned up my diet at the same time, which may or may not deserve the lion's share of the credit.

Since I just started doing M2 exactly as it was designed I'll let you know if results change as I get further into it. The thing that surprises me about M1, though, is that I got such great results with workouts that were generally designed using only 1 set per exercise, though they sometimes repeat (i.e., "Ugh... back to push-ups"). While I gave up on doing the 1rm tests about 3/4 of the way through I go out of my way to lift super heavy, first, just to see if I can. Incredibly, I rarely have to dial it back. I guess underestimating what I can lift really was a big part of my problem, all along.

I'm very pleased and fairly surprised. Especially since I don't dread STS the way I do everything else.

I can only answer #2 as I don't have STS...YET!:D

I got my BA done about 6 years ago. I followed dr's orders about getting back into exercise slowly with light weights, yadda, yadda, yadda. For the first 6 months or so after surgery doing chest work felt weird. Eventually I got used to it though. I've been lifting heavy for chest just the same as I would any other body part for several years now since the surgery and have had no negative effects from it as far as I can tell/see.

In fact, I CAN pin point one positive effect that I have gotten from doing heavy chest work...the illusion of cleavage! :) I never had cleavage and never will...no matter how large my breasts are. My breasts are simply set too far apart for that to happen and no (good) doctor is going to tell me he can or will try to change that. That being said, lifting heavy has given me definition in my upper chest that will create the illusion of cleavage when wearing lower cut shirts. I never had this when I was lifting lighter weights!
