2 left feet and no time to learn! help!

Hi guys!

I am looking for a no dance, basic (I mean basic) Cathe (cardio only) DVD. I have Kick, Punch Crunch which I love. But need some variety-and sometimes a little less intensity for those days when energy is lagging.

I have a special needs little guy and my "me-time" is extremely restricted. I simply don't have the time to devote to re-watching and rewinding a video to review the cool moves. At least not at this point in my life. In short, I need a no nonsense, no thinking intermediate to advanced cardio workout that I can do in a tight space and in an hour.

Any ideas? Thanks so, so much! Peace out...
 
If you can handle KPC, you could also bring in Cardio Kicks and the new Kick Max. Although Cardio Kicks is a bit of a space-hog, you can modify all traveling moves however you want, from marches in place to plyo jacks.

Also consider the Cross Train Express (CTX) DVD double-set. Although several of the workouts are step-oriented, several others are floor oriented (hi/lo and kickbox) and are very easy to master choreographically.

Also consider the Boot Camp DVD (combined with Muscle Endurance). Although it is not a cardio-only workout, there is a Cardio-Only premix as well as a kickbox-only premix that are good burners.
