2 body parts a day rotation, help?

I need some help with a rotation if anybody has some time. I would like to try working 2 body parts a day with 3-4 days of cardio in there, too. I'm training for a 1/2 marathon so the cardio will consist of only running at this time, but I need help on what videos to use and combination of body parts? I have all the videos, but the Hardcore Series.

Thanks to anybody who will take the time to help me out.

Do you have Slow and Heavy?

Days:
1. Chest and Back
2. Legs and Abs
3. Shoulder, biceps
4. Triceps and abs

or you can follow the three day split on Slow & Heavy.
 
How about doing what Marcia suggested and then adding full body workout such as ME or MM to the mix. So you could do something like this.

Days:
1. Chest and Back
2. Legs and Abs
3. Shoulder, biceps
4. Triceps and abs
5. Rest
6. MM or ME (or something along those lines)
7. Rest or start the rotation over again
