Good Sunday Morning Everyone,
Bobbi suggested we start a new one and I she was right.The other one was getting way to long.
Well,I am starting today off with another x-tra lg coffee.I am not sure how many "normal" cups of coffee there are in this one.We didn't do anything but play some cards last night and I didn't go to bed until 2.And she had me up at 8:30.You guys are both bravier then me b/c I have tried to give up alot of things but NEVER my coffee.I did cut back to one a day.We always go for coffee at work,in the afternoon,I would get one but I would never drink it b/c I didn't really want it.But if I take a nap during the day I want one when I get up.
Sara-No, ski-dooing as nothing to do with skiing but they are both winter sports.I found a website for you.Go to polarisindustries.com.Click on snowmobiles and you will atleast get to see what one looks like.Its a way of transportaion.It runs on gas.You have to dress warm.It is fun.I don't love the outdoors that much so I have to force myself to go.As far as I know we are going today.Thats how we get to our cabin in the winter monthes but in the summer we can drive there in car or truck.They make all sorts of models.I don't know what the prices range from but I know ours was $11,000.And his fathers was around $14,000.My DH and his friends are so focused on how fast they can go and are always get extra parts put on them to make them faster.We call them cheat'in parts.My DH had $400 worth of work done on his last fall.Then they all go out to the cabin,on the pond and race.They are losers aaren't they? See your DB using ebay doesn't seem so bad after all?
I had a good workout day yesterday.I did Push Pull,60 min run and the other 1/2 of BC.I went heavier then Cathe on most of the work.I used 50 lbs for squats and deadlifts,and 24 lbs for static lunges.24 lbs doesn't seem like alot but she only used 20 AND Im lucky that I did them at all.I HATE static lunges!!!!!!! And those inner thigh ball squeezes.OH they were hard.I gave it my all and I was on fire.I am hurting from my bum down!
Today is just cardio.I am not sure what I will do or when I will do it.I am sort of leaning towards doing it now.But I also have tonight.
Anyway,I should go,tidy up my house a little and decide what to do.Living with people must me the worst thing in the world b/c no one cares that you cleaned yesterday.BUt when DH cleans,I am not even allowed to cut off a slice of bread and he is panicking b/c he thinks a crumb may go on the floor.MEN!
