I am not new to Cathe but have never posted here so hello all
I am working on my 1RM testing and I have a question, although it may be a dumb one I'm going to ask anyway....
I tend to overthink things and I'm doing that with some of my calculations. For example, squats narrow stance? Of course you use 2 dumbbells so I used two 25 pound bells, when I enter my weight into the 1RM calc do I enter 25 or 50 pounds?
Just wondering how everyone here did it.
