This is a silly post, but I had to share. I was doing a search and came across this thread that is dated December 31, 1969.

How are you guys doing? I had a great workout last night. I did PLB and I used half the weight that I usually use and Step Intervals (not the intervals tho). And I got to admit it felt nice. Tonight, I’m going to do The Video by Gin Millet & MIS lower body. My girlfriend let me borrow it. I use to have The Video and loved the workout. She’s doing the Slim 6 series with great results. What are you guys doing today?

Maybe it had something to do with the whole Y2K thing... they may have set the forum's date to be '69 instead of '99 so there wouldn't be an issue when it switched to '70 instead of '00.

Remember that whole thing? My friend actually stocked up on toilet paper and water!
