Back to report I got my morning workout as planned, but when I started thinking about running Diana, I looked outside...& it's SNOWING!!

Needless to say, no old Dane is going to run in snow! LOL So I did some rebounding instead...great fun!
Carole, I'm really proud of you...can't wait to see how it goes. I would love to run a marathon someday, but would have to be in better shape than I am now. Great way to start the new year!
Hi Wendy...thanks for thinking about me. I'm more stressed out than ever but I just keep going one day at a time! I have to go back out tonight & shop some more. ~sigh~ Working out helps, of course. Oh...DOMS is "delayed onset muscle soreness".
Mariángeles...how did your workout go? You must REALLY be looking good with all your hard work. Did you see my flag? I've been wanting to put it on for a long time but didn't know how & was too lazy to find out!

Lisa you're the smart one today. I should have rested today but my stress level just would not allow it. I'm going to TRY to rest tomorrow which is easier because I have the added benefit of sleeping later, so what the heck?! :+

I can't eat just a little either. Luckily, we only go to a theatre 2 or 3 times a year, if that. So when I get it, I don't worry about it.
Desertbriez, sounds like a great ride. DH & I love to ride but lately have only done so at the beach on holiday. We want to do it more & DH just got himself a new (used) bike, so naturally it snowed. ;-)
Okay, I have to go back to shoppingx( At least it's on the computer! For now. ~double sigh~
