Wendy...thanks and I highly doubt you look like a dork! I didn't finish Cathe's ab marathon either, ran out of time, bit I did all the pikes in KPC. It's the ones in PUB that challenge me!

Sandra...don't remember the subject of the thread but Trevor and Maximus got into it with each other. It got quite ridiculous and I am glad SNM deleted the entire thread. Just my opinion.

Annette..be careful with Plantar Facsitis, it can take some time to heal. I have heard orthodics can help. You'll be in my prayers...:)

Thanks Josie. I now you probably won't read this!! Hope your vacation is great. I am just looking forward to alot less running for the next 2 weeks!

Laurie...I am sorry for the trouble with your 15 year old. I can only remember the things I let myself get into..x( You have great insight though and a great relationship with your kids. I hope this is a learning lesson for her! You'll all be in my prayers too!

So for me today I'll do some sort of kickboxing, and hopefully some abs too. I was thinking of one more Leg weight workout before I cut that out too. I normally just do some leg toning (floorwork) before my marathon.

Good morning!

This morning I finished off my week with a really fun workout: SB/SJP premix #7, followed by Push Pull. The premix is a circuit workout consisting of SB warm up and combos 1-3, alternated with the weight work from SJP. It includes the ab work, but not the planks. This was a refreshing way to do Step Blast; I'll do it again! The premixes on that dvd are priceless. And Push Pull flies by so fast it was just a ball of fun. I really like doing the SJP and PP weight work in one session. The combo leaves me feeling truly worked. Now I'm tired, and I still have to clean the bathroom. Oooh.

I'm going to go get all my Saturday chores over with before I come back and maybe chat a bit longer. If I sit here much longer I'm going to get too comfortable and my muscles won't want to move anymore.

Hello All: Today I taught 2 classes at the gym and am feeling spent (in the good way). The best part was my weekly coffee with my gym friends, I got some great support and perspective from them. The women whose children are beyond the teen years looked at each other knowingly when I lamented and questioned my reaction. What a great stress buster, exercise and fellowship!!!:)

Sandra, that mix sounds like a fabulous workout with an obvious fun factor. Sheesh, my IS DVD's have only been here a week and already I'm thinking those BodyBlast premixes sound pretty good!:) So much Cathe:) so little money:+

We're off to see Lemoney Snicketts this afternoon, Jim Carrey and Meryl Streep, should be entertaining!

Today was THE VIPER for the very first time. Oh my, how I loved that workout! The sweat was just pouring down my face, and it sorta puddled in my eyes, and blurred my contacts so that I couldn't see...I must have looked like quite a sight! Thanks to Cathe for her excellent cuing.

I'm off to try to finish my xmas shopping...

Today was leaner legs.

Christmas shopping is done!! I came right home from shopping and put on my sweats....and made myself....now I am so proud!!

Good afternonn everyone!

Today I went to the gym for a 1.25 hour superstep class followed by full-body weight lifting and 30 minutes of abs. My DH wants to go for a long walk and I just dont think that I am up for exercise. I was thinking for snuggling up on the couch with a Sarah Strohmeyer mystery and relaxing. I think a short nap may be in my future.

I finished my Christmas shopping yesterday, but they will have to wait until after Christmas for me to send the gift. The lines at the post office are unreal. Oh well, they will something to look forward to after Christmas.

Tomorrow the gym is closed so I am realllly looking forward to CM first thing in the morning.
 
Today was Gauntlet followed by the advanced yoga stretch from Yoga Booty Ballet. Tonight a relaxing evening. Have a good weekend.
 
Hi everyone,

This morning I did SJP -the whole thing. I haven't done that for a LONG time. It was alot of fun and I was dripping sweat (Probably like Tammy and the Viper:))

Just got Ab Hits in the mail yesterday but after the SJP abs I just didn't feel like doing anymore abwork-maybe tomorrow.

Carole- I just got the IS on DVD too so I can now do PUB abs without having to fast forward through the entire workout:). You're right-they are killers}(. Oh, I totally agree with SNM with regards to deleting that thread-it got WAAAAY out of hand. Good luck with the marathon.

Sandra, that workout sounds great-except the last part about cleaning the bathroom-what a cooldown;)

Laurie-how was the movie? I totally agree with you about so much Cathe and so little money. Yep-you're gonna have to get the BB series. Valentines Day isn't too far off-what a great gift and you deserve it:)

Well, going on a long drive tonight for dinner and to look at Christmas lights. It should be alot of fun.
