16"x44" or 14"x40" step?

Hello ladies. I noticed that Cathe's site says they use a 16"x44" step in the videos, but looking online all I've seen so far are 14"x40" steps. Do any of you use a 16"x44" step? Is a 14"x40" step big enough for everything Cathe has us doing on top of it?

The Original Club step is the 16x44 one. I like mine a lot and it easily converts into a weight bench. I think it would be hard to lie on something shorter, and I'm 5'2".

Good luck! I think mine was about $100, but I know others here have gotten theirs at garage sales and at ebay for much less.

I am expecting for a miracle to find a club step and cheap, maybe at a garage sale or good will, I am always looking, ebay is way expensive, meanwhile I am doing step with my puny step of 28 by 12 and 6 inch high x(
