Hey eveyone. . .just checking in. Let me just say how glad this is here. Don't know what I'd do without all of this advice! My question is, I'm 14 weeks and gaining weight rapidly. I keep a food journal to make sure my diets fairly clean, and workout about 5 days per week min. 1 hour. Any suggestions on whats okay and whats not? Or, for that matter what I can do to try to keep my weight under wraps. I'm pretty solid weight 148 and am 5'5. I was 135.
