Hello Ladies,
Thought I'd kick us off today.
Todays workout was another ripper. First half MIC followed by buts and guts and I included abs. I love MIC, I am glad its in the rotation I am following! My eating thus far has been O.K ish, bit more on the ish really- but not as bad as usual
Its bed for me now to read for a bit. I enjoy reading in bed at the end of the day, however, thats usually "down time" and I start to get the dreaded "munchies" Couple that with the dreaded 3 y.o who stands at my door, whispering "I can't sleep properly, mummy." And so begins the night of "Munching":-( ;
