Good Morning!

Where is everyone? Quiet here today?

Another snow storm this way!:-( Will it ever end???? I hate winter and am sooo ready to wear shorts and sandals!

My rotation calls for a long run and abs today. I should also be able to get lots of stuff done today b/c I won't be going anywherex( This is a short turn around for me, as far as work goes and I am back in the morning. The only good thing about the storm is that I will get lots of stuff done while I am sitting around the house. I already have one load of laundry done and the kitchen floor cleaned!

I will be back later to report my workout!

Ah yes Ameila...i am sooo ready for Fri as well!!

Lori:)

hey girls, just a quick pop in to report my workout! I did LIC timesavor cardio premix on a six inch step! feels great to sweat like that!

Sorry to copy and paste:-(
I will bbl with personals:)

My My our group has almost disappeared. There has to be others who have a week or so left. Oh well--- I'm gonna finish this :) I'm here til the end :)

Lori: What are you gonna be doing after this week? A new challenge-- or workout thing? I'm either going to do a 12 week training or 16 week training for a half. I havent decided yet. I'm keeping running a focus of my cardio. I have had GREAT results. Plus I'm hoping warm weather is coming soon to take my runs outside.

Today was circuits :) :) Nice and sweaty I say:) Also worked biceps and my abs on the machines.

We are suppose to be hit with some nasty freezing rain. What's with that?????x( I mean if it is gonna rain-- let it rain to wash away all this nasty white stuff:+

I best go to the store and get some stuff in case tomorrow the roads are bad. I need my coffee beans from Dunkin-- It would suck to wake tomorrow morning to no coffee :(

Well I'll be back when I'm inhaling my big ass salad.

Have a great Tuesday

Hello all!

Super quickie check in as I am currently cooking Gayle's Italian Dinner Soup. :9 I am sticking it out till the end as well! Today's wo was HIS 4DS. I did LIS yesterday and I have serious shoulder DOMS. My weights weren't even all that heavy compared to Cathe and crew!

Kath, thanks for all the running info! I truly appreciate it! Tomorrow is my first real "run" day. We will see how it goes. I tried the Pasta Turkey Roll ups last night, they were a HUGE hit. Yumm-o!!! I served them for lunch today for me and a couple of girlfriends. They loved them too! Thanks a bunch!

Amelia, Lori and anyone else who may peek in... Howdy!

Gotta run and get back to my soup! See you all later!

Did I miss a post that had the Pasta Turkey Roll ups in it? LOL,can one of you gals please share this recipe:)

I went to make some nice clean pork stew and i forgot the low sodium chicken stock ...Dam*#@ x(

ok,have a great night!

Good afternoon challengers !

Didn't quite make it on at lunchtime today. See that we are totally dwindling, but still a couple left to finish the challenge as Kath has mentioned.

Have DOMS too Amelia in the chest and back from 4DS. Today is a light run for me - trying a running schedule created from the runner's world page Kath mentioned the other day.

Will work 4DS DVD's in where the rest/XT days show up. Think this will be a good test as to whether I can build strength/muscle while leaning up a bit with a running routine too. Am getting so anxious for the nice weather, we've had quite a few nice "running days" around here so want to be ready:7

Amelia - I wish it was Friday too - was off yesterday and today was enough working for me this week:p Let me know if ya don't find that turkey roll up recipe - it was in the new Clean Eating mag that I picked up the other day. I'll post later if I have the chance - I want to try it too. Actually think DH wouldn't mind eating it.:9

Lori - hope you had a good, long run. Did ya get your Tetris game fixed yet? And also get lots of "stuff" done around the house. Sounded like you had a pretty good start by the time you posted !

Kath - This challenge was started the first of the year so it is the last week for all those that started in the beginning, wherever they have disappeared to? Think you'll run in a race after your next training session? I keep thinking that a 10K wouldn't be too bad, after all, it is less than an hour. I'm definitely waiting to get outdoors too. Sometimes I just stand in the backyard and feel the warm sun on my face . . . Hope you made it out and back with your shopping and the famous "Dunkin'":7

Becca - OK, I'll bite . . . what's the Italian Dinner Soup? Hope your first run was a good one. Seems that quite a few on this thread have gotten a couple of the rest of us to get interested in running ! It's amazing how I tried running (actually jogging in my case) a few years ago but my legs didn't like it much. After working out first with The Firm, then progressing to Cathe, my leg muscles have strengthened to the point that it doesn't hurt and my endurance isn't half bad. Another one to thank Kath for the ideas;-)

Hope you all have a nice evening if you make it back here - I'm off to hit the TM for a little while:)
