I am definitely in and looking forward to the challenge! Gayle, you've definitely inspired me and I've pulled out my BFL book to review again!

And I'm sure I'll be able to eat all the Christmas cookies in my house by then! :D

I'm scared!!

The workout part will be fine, not worried about that. But what happens when I cheat (food-wise)?

I have a wedding dress to get in shape for. That should be good motivation!

I'm in i will probably start on the 01/01/08. I haven't been eating well but I finally got back on track with workouts. Starting week 10 of the beginner rotation. Will have to figure out where to go next.
 
Ty for the challenge! Count me in. I've been looking for a challenge on these boards for sometime. A little motivation and some support is just what I need.
 
This is just what I needed! I have just been looking around here after a long, long absence and found this thread. I've actually already started so I would love to check in with this group.

You can count me in the challenge. I really do not need to lose much weight, possibly 5 pounds. I am 5' 5 1/2" and I teeter between 118 and 120. I do work out consistently.

I do need to clean up some of my eating, though. So, this will be my challenge. It will be nice knowing that all of you are up to the challenge. I won't be doing it all alone.

I will start on 01/01/08!

Count me in as of 1/02/08. I'm joining Weight Watchers and I plan to get SERIOUS! This will also take us through Lent, and I always go vegetarian during lent, so that will work well, too! Now, let me put a rotation together!

Thank you for the invite, count me in. I am okay in the workout dept., but my eating has gone haywire. I figure this is also a good time to quit being such a lurker and maybe start participating more often.

ALRIGHT! I love it! Get ready, folks. You've got today and tomorrow. Write down your goals. Take your before pictures and measurements. Do whatever you need to do, but get ready for Monday (or whatever day this coming week YOU are starting).

Katie-no worries about 'treat' meals! We all take them. The program I'll be following for the next 12 weeks incorporates a full FREE DAY into the plan.

We're going to have a separate check-in from the BFL one. This way, those following BFL will have a specific place to check-in where the discussion will be mostly BFL-related. I'll be checking in on both! HA!

OK.....enjoy your weekend! DOUBLE KNOT THOSE LACES!

I would love to join this check-in challenge! I haven't posted in a while but when I saw your post Gayle I just had to be a part of it. Just yesterday I was thinking about planning a 12 week program for myself, so this is perfect! Thank you!

I will be joining the Challenge on Monday. I have been working out with Cathe for the past 6 months with good results:D So now it's time to get serious about shedding some body fat with a consistent eating plan.
