RE: 12-Week Check-in

My posts keep getting eaten by the internet:(

I posted earlier but I see now that it didn't make it to the thread.
And of course now I don't remember what I said. I think my internet works like my brain. A thought is there one minute and them poof it is gone.LOL

This morning was 30 min walk outside with dogs. I had planned for at least an hour on the TM, but the dogs saw me through the window in workout clothes and started to whine because they thought they were going for a walk. So I caved and took them. I came home and did 40 min walk/jog on the TM for 3 miles.

Kathy, your stats are very inspirational. Maybe they will help get me motivated and stay that way. After taking my pics last week you would have thought that the challenge had ended because I quit working out and stopped watching what I ate. Luckily I think I snapped out of that mind set will try to make the best of the rest of the week. I have a free 1 week pass to a different club that I checked out on my lunch. They only do 1 year memberships instead of month to month, so I don't think I will join, but I should take advantage of the free week.

I really enjoy reading about how everyone is doing on this challenge. Keep up the good work.

RE: 12-Week Check-in

Hi Everyone, I'm just popping on here to check-in before it's too late in the day! My right ankle is a little cranky from doing MIC yesterday as I think I may have underestimated my readiness for such a challenge. So, instead of doing all of MIS, I just did the upper body portion. I didn't want to stress out my ankle with lunges or squats or anything.

Got a good upper body workout though, it went by so quick but in getting groceries afterwards I noticed my arms felt a little weak!

Have a great night everyone!

Heidi :)
