Hi everybody , good morning. Today is PLB , 200 walking lunges and the premix SJP hi/low and step. I will do a few abs too.There is so many wonderful workouts and only 24 hours per day. Have a nice and sweating day.

Now is 1: 44 PM in my country and I have finished my workout for today. I have done PLB , 41 minutes premix hi/low SJP and all the abs of high step circuit ( the abs in the segments and the abs with the stability bal) . I have done the 200 walking lunges too. I hope, because I get boring of the count and loss it.I am so tired. Have a great Sunday.

Good morning ladies....Sounds like a good workout Mariángeles, I have never tried those walking lunges...I would no doubt loose count myself!

Today I am doing my last long run of my marathon training. 21 miles. And hoping it doesn't rain...then I can cut back my running and my legs should be ready for the New Year's Day marathon....enjoy the workouts....:)...Carole
 
Hi All: Today I played with my new IS dvd's and did a bunch of cardio. First Cardio only C&W then IMAX blasts only (way easier than I thought it would be) then BC cardio only and BC core only. I worked hard and am feeling great.

Hi all, This month I'm focusing on the pyramids. Mon and Thurs are PUB, Tues and Fri and PLB, Wed, Sat, and Sun are long cardios. Today I did Imax I. Time flew by! Have a great Sunday all.

Hi everyone,

Today I did MIS for the first time-not real tough but I still enjoyed it. Then my DH and I finished painting our garage-HOORAY!!!!(I HATE painting ceilingsx( ) so that was my modified cardio for the day.

Now I am going to finish watching the Chicago Bears game-GO BEARS!!

happy sunday! i am hungover but i am supposed to do imax2 today. ooops. x( that should be fun. even though i induldged in extra calories last night, i burned them all off. i can't tell you the last time i have danced until 4am. talk about cardio!!! Whew.

if i make it into my workout room today i can only visualize stepping. after coffee, i will make that executive decision.

Wendy i hate painting period! i did all the walls in our house this past summer and it is a workout! Good for you!

well, i am off to veg for a while, but i am not wiling to give up on working out today....just have to nap first.

Best way to minimize a hangover - take ibuprofen before you go to bed and drink LOTS of water-at least thats what my husband says;).
 
Yes that is excellent advice from your dh! i do that myself. by hungover i meant "sluggish" and "zapped" but i am better now and off to do my workout!

Hi Everyone,

I've been MIA....way too much to do this time of year.

Today was Rhythmic Step...and I FINALLY GOT ALL THE STEPS DOWN!! WOO HOO!! I never thought I would figure out this one. Then I did S & H Triceps, but ran out of time so I never got to the biceps and shoulders. Oh well, tomorrow is another day.

Hi. Today I did my Yogazone. Had to do it in fits and starts because I was preparing supper, doing laundry, and a neighbour dropped by for a chat. But at least I did it.

Laurie, sounds like you had an Intensity Blast today! Please tell me; what is the difference between the Blast Mania premix, and the Blast Only premix?

Very tired tonight. Will hopefully chat more tomorrow, but have a busy couple of days planned, so may have to keep it simple.
