Ok as of my post last night if you read the last one my food intake had a few problems yesterday even after the good speech I gave. My water intake was just great so there is something to be said for that.

Today is a new day with a long run planned. I'm hoping to go for 12 miles but will be happy with 9 since it's starting to get hot and I'm not even out the door yet. Dh, the kids and I have a picnic planned with some nice healty foods to feed my run so my food party is over as of now.

Like I said yesterday wasn't to bad but I was expecting better after I started the day off the right way. Have a great day everyone. Enjoy your workouts. Now off to run.

Well Karen, my eating ended up horrible yesterday. First I splurged on popcorn at the movies, Then we had pizza for dinner. Even then I felt like the day was not too bad. But then we went to the Rangers VS the Oakland A's game. At first I thought I had contorl, felt plenty full from dinner, but as I saw other people around us getting food I caved. DH and I split a nacho supreme(lot of vegetables on it and no sour creme). Then on the way home we took DD and her friend for ice cream. I guess the good news is, if I going to eat bad stuff I might as well do it all on one day and get it over with.:( Today will be better. It has to be.

I got up this morning and did lower body portion of MIS and ball work from PLB and followed that with Strechmax. May try to get in a bike ride just because it is so nice out. I'm going to try to convince DH to go with me. We used to mountain together a long time ago and it would be nice if I could get him to do some kind of exercise.

Jean, thanks for sharing because I was feeling bad about it when I was the cheerleader for the group and the first to cave. Today is a new day for both of us. We will move on together. I'm off now to get my run in. You already workout so we are on the game plan now. No regrets from either of us. We are done now. Just like you said one day and now we are done.

I did better with my eating too, thanks to your early post. I almost sucummbed to left over pizza for lunch, but I read your post and I made better choices.

Well, guys ..... I hate to say it but I did bad too. I had my food all packed and ready to take to SIL's.....forgot the food. Baby was sick the whole time, did not get to exercise - was afraid to leave him.....needless to say a horrible couple of days - been back a couple of hours - I have to try to see if If my doctor has someone on call tomorrow. Poor little on is running high fever but eating, drinking, pooping - no outer sign of infection at all - I am at a loss here as to what he has.

Let's chalk this one up and get right back on the bandwagon!!!!!!!! I am so thirsty I cannot get enough water -- I had pizza last night too!
 
It's ok girls. We did ok. I hear you about the water. Man after that rice the other night I woke up at 3 in the morning and downed a ton. So sorry to hear about the baby Kathy. It could be just about anything with those symptoms. Of cousrs this kind of crap always happens on a holiday weekend with no doctor in sight.
