12/3 Daily challenge - exercise

As usual, MOnday is an exercise challenge.

1. PIck out a challenge and post it
2. Do the challenge

My challenge will be to either run a mile or do some other type of cardio after I get back from my business trip (and I will be tired!!!)
 
I will be coming off of a rest week, so my challenge is to wake up early and just do it!
 
I have an appointment after work, so I won't have time for a full workout. If things don't run too late, I will get out Step Blast and practice for 15 or 20 min. without the step. My calf seemed to handle it okay this weekend, so keep your fingers crossed!
 
I will do a 3 mi TM run and then tricep work today! I WILL! Really....I will report back tomorrow when I read the next challenge. Thanks, Kari
 
As all of you as my witnesses, I WILL do both 4DS Bootcamp and LIS (weights and cardio on both). I had a super lazy weekend and didn't work out at all and I'm really looking forward to my "mini workout marathon".!!!

Well, I can already tell you I'm going to fail my challenge, and I'm not even home yet. I had some trouble with my calf during my walk at lunch. No way am I risking it on any type of aerobic routine.
 
Did the drill max cardio and had forgotten how hard that is...and how much I love that w/o.
 
Well tonight I did BASIC STEP. Not by choice, but my 22 year old niece is really interested in step aerobics so I told her to come over and I could get her started out. I figured this would be the best DVD to get her started with. Reminds me how uncoordinated I was when I first began !! But I think I have a budding Catheite !!!!!!!
