11/7 Cathe-ites daily challenge

The challange for 11/7, WEDNESDAY IS:

NO JUNK FOOD. This means no candy, cookies, chips, sodas, and fried foods. Like the challenge last week, fruit is fine. Those 100-calorie packs of cookies are fine, fat free popcorn is fine.

This one is always a toughie for me because all we have around my office is junk !!!!

I guess that is the individual's judgement call. Those 100 calorie packs are meant to assist a dieter and help with portion control, and some people really need to have that. And if that helps make you successful, then I think it is ok. I guess the purpose of this challenge is to AVOID mindless and unplanned snacking.

oh man...now I don't feel so bad...today I had SPREES, SMARTIES, and PEZ...lots of PEZ.
 
They told me on MySpace that I should check out the "challenge"

So I'm down with this No junk food between now 9am and tomorrow 9am, (I just got off work and I did indeed eat junk food during the shift.)
 
I'm in, but can I have cappuccino today?

Well, it's 10:32 and I'm still going strong although dark chocolate is only a few feet away in my boss's office so I'm going to try and stay strong. At least I have almonds and apricots at my desk so I'll be snacking on those instead.
