11/28 Daily Challenge

Hey Ladies,

During what I call my witching hours 3:00 pm and around 8:00 pm. I either grap a piece of gum or flavor tea. Sometimes it works and then other days....well????

I will take this challenge today. I have been on an eating fest since Thanksgiving.

I'm in!! My issue is not candy machines - but the candy that is FREE at work and is all over the place. I work for a start up - and if I want chocolate, I don't have far to go to get it. So I must resist today (maybe I should work from home - we don't have that stuff at home! :p)

ok... it is 9:45am and so far, so good !! I have only been in work for 45 minutes though so I still have a ways to go. Packed all healthy food for myself today so if I just stick to my plan, I will be ok !! (easier said than done)

My tip? Catch a horrid cold, you cannot taste anything, therefore making even junk food taste like crap!:)

So far so good! I might be joining a friend for lunch which could prove hazardous, so I'm soliciting vibes, please :p

11:30 and I am ok....got physical therapy at NOON so I can't eat junk there (although I am sure I could find a way !!!).

I chew gum...lots of gum. I don't pop it, blow bubbles with it, or snap it. I just chew quietly. :)
And I have managed to stay away from junk so far today. :)

I don't know why I pick this darn challenge...it just gets harder and harder as the day goes along !!!!!!!!!!
 
I sort of did it. I don't consider pretzels junk Phyllis! I always have a couple while I'm making dinner. It keeps me out of the cookies and the chocolate. I had comfort food for dinner - buttered noodles. Not the healthiest choice, but no sugar and I went easy on the butter. But no chocolate.at.all. That is huge. I think the next time we do this particular challenge, I'll just call it no chocolate challange.
