100 Workout Legs....thought I'd share this

My friend did this recently and did in 2 sets, doing half of the reps for each exercise for each set. I'm definitely going to do this, one way or another. Maybe as my post-turkey day "add-on"!
 
Why do I feel like singing this to the tune of 12 Days of Christmas? (Fifty calf raises in place of 5 golden rings...) Just need to add exercises for 12 and 11.
 
Has anyone tried this yet? How are the DOMS? I did Cardio legs premix with core added, then the 100 hip thrust challenge with weights.....then went shopping.....at the mall......on Black Friday.....I'm an idiot sometimes!!!:eek:
