100 push up challenge

Week 2 day 2. Numbers went up some 11 - 9 - 7 -7 - max 10. I looked ahead at some of the future weeks numbers! EEK!!! :eek: Kind of scary. I see I test after this week.
Besides the push ups I did Legs & Glutes & PS abs.
Will go for a walk in a bit t o go over to the hair dresser.

Goal of 200 for the day

Not doing any sets of 50 today - will do sets of 30 w/ Perfect P/U handles until I get to 200 total. Bye-bye arm jiggle - plus I'm training for a class reunion in 2 weeks - gotta look good, ya know!
 
Sets of 50!!! :eek::eek::eek: Sounds scary. Someday I will be there. My arms certainly wouldn't jiggle then because I wouldn't be able to move them!!

You'll get there - just do 'em & do 'em & do 'em! I started out just being able to do 10 & built up from there. Those Perfect Pushup handles really help.

I thought eeeeek, too, when I saw those increasing numbers startign with week 3. I am off today, and do my retest tomorrow before I start week 3.

I did week 3 day 3 today: 22/30/20/20/28. Yikes! The last few of the 28 were rough...I took a brief pause at #20 and #24, but kept my form. Then did the upper body weights and core from SJP. My arms feel like noodles now.
