Hey, I don't think anyone started a thread yet. I just finished! Whew! I looked again at week 5 & it scared the hibbie-jibbies out of me sooo I decided to go with week 4, Column 3. (Actually, that is prob what I am supposed to do since it is for those that can complete 26-30 and I was able to do 30 last test.)
Here are my numbers...Week 4, Day 1, Column 3:

I totally surprised myself today! I will admit that I took longer breaks then 60 seconds between. (I was doing laundry and folding clothes between sets!
) Do you all do your pushups slow or fast? I have found that if I go a lil' faster then I normally was, I am able to do more. Guess I sneak them in before my arms know what I am doing! Ha! I am keeping good form so I am thinking it's fine? Okay, how are you all doing?
