10 minutes per body part recommendations

Cathlete
Could you give your suggestions as to which Cathe workouts I could use that would work each body part for about 10 min. each? There are many days that 10 min. is all I have (or all I have energy for :( ) and I'd like to do at least something. I'm trying to figure it out on my own but am thinking those of you who know her workouts inside and out would be able to help give me better insight. :) They don't all have be on the same DVD. I don't mind mixing and matching. Thanks for your help!

The upperbody section of BodyMax would fit the bill as well as PowerHour and MIS upperbody. I often work one body part mixing a few of these. MuscleMax would work too.:)

Boot Camp's premixes are in the 10-minute range, for "lower body only", "upper body only" and "core only".

Okay, I just re-read your question and my answer was on point NOT.

Sorry.

Actually, Bam, if you want to, you could go onto the Rotations forum and search for my "Hard Core Faux-CTX Rotation" (usually you can just use the word "faux" in the advanced search mode), and pull that one up; in that one I tried to follow the CTX pattern of working one muscle group per day with the Hard Cores. I believe what I came up with fell into the 10-minute range. Several people seemed to enjoy it.

The only Cathe weight DVD I have is the one with PH, BM and MIS. I generally work one but sometimes up to three body parts a day using these work outs, just going to that chapter point in the DVD. All of the upper body parts are less than 10 minutes, the lower body parts are more like 18 minutes, but in PH the lunges are seperate from the squats, making each part less than 10 minutes. I work as heavy as I can, often matching Cathe's weight but sometimes surpassing it and sometimes a little less (like biceps). Sometimes I will do the same body part from two different workouts, but not often.

I like working out and being fit, but for me keeping the time down is important. I usually do cardio 5 or 6 days a week, too.

Thanks everyone for your suggestions. They are all very helpful! I will definitely check out your rotations, A-Jock. You guys, as always, are wonderful!!! :*
