Could you give your suggestions as to which Cathe workouts I could use that would work each body part for about 10 min. each? There are many days that 10 min. is all I have (or all I have energy for
) and I'd like to do at least something. I'm trying to figure it out on my own but am thinking those of you who know her workouts inside and out would be able to help give me better insight.
They don't all have be on the same DVD. I don't mind mixing and matching. Thanks for your help!
