I bought it, save your precious pennies. I was not impressed at all. In all fairness, I have done the total body which uses the band and moves quickly from one exercise to the other, the abs, which is just okay, and the lower body...just okay.
But I am the type if I do not have at least 30 minutes to workout I wait until I do, 10 minutes just seems like nothing to me. Well, except for abs, but why spend the money for a 10 minute ab workout?
