Right, I have recieved the code (having lost it the first time) for my 10% coupon. I am really excited. As I have just bought, or pre-ordered a shed load of cardio, I'm thinking of spending it on strength workouts. Anyone got any recommendations?

I have muscle max, and that's it of Cathe's. I have body max 2 and Drill max but I want pure weight workouts. I have Terminator on the way, so I believe I will have a few setions of muscle endurance from that. But has anyone got any suggestions? I have looked at Butts and Gutts, but I haven't got ankle weights, and I don't really want to buy them just yet.
I'd appreciate any ideas!

I don't own a lot of strength training dvds. I am still adding slowly to my collection. I have ME and Supersets and Push/Pull. I think MM and ME are similar. Supersets and Push/Pull are good to get for days where you are pressed for time or are just not feeling up to working out fo rmore than 45-55 minutes. I use them on and off to "refresh" my muscles or if I worked hard all week and just want to touch on them one last time. I am actually looking into getting more dvds that are pure upper body.

I think a MUST have, is the Pyramids! excellent upper and lower weight work!!

The Gym Style workouts are ALL excellent!! Great strength training, concentrating really good on the specific body parts.
