So I did Disc 20 Legs yesterday--so far so good. Today I did CTX 10-10-10 and my legs are fried! I am sure that all those punches and arm circles are going to make sure my arms are also fried tomorrow after I complete Disc 21 Back & Biceps. Do you think Cathe knows what she is doing?! Wicked.
