Hi Jo! I'm not sure when you say "you" if you mean "any individual who uses the nutrition program" or if your asking if I can customize it for you.

You, as in the user of the program, can customize your eating plan by selecting foods that are in the Mediterranean diet. The nutrition manager makes it so that you not only see basic info such as the carbs, proteins, fat and calories, but also tells you the what vitamins and minerals are in the food so that you can learn to create a customized nutrition plan that is balanced in every way.

I am on a very specific diet (Mediterranean diet (aka flat belly diet)) and want to know if you can customize specific diets on the nutrition portion of the workout manager.
