I would like to know how to find our 1rm in practice. I know we will have a list of exercises, but do we do the exercises all in one day and that is our workout for the day? Basically, will someone guide us in how to do this?
Not Cathe here, but I plan on doing my 1RM test in two parts on 2 days: upper body and lower body. I am thinking that lifting my absolute maximum weight will be a nice challenging workout in itself. I am sure I will be quite sore too!
